The game of retail can be won in four ways: 1) make more money from the goods sold; 2) sell goods faster; 3) hold less stock; 4) and pay slower. In addition to the above, this course looks at the importance of KPI’s, the three common KPI’s in retail and how to maximise the ‘golden period’.
